We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Civil Engineer with 5 to 10 years of licensed experience. Jones Petrie Rafinski is a prominent employee owned multi-disciplinary engineering firm located in South Bend, Fort Wayne and Elkhart, Indiana. Our staff consists of engineers, architects, surveyors, landscape architects, GIS and professional support team members. Our staff management is centered on professional development, and individual success implemented through team building.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of experience. The preferred candidate would be capable of assuming a leadership role within the firms Civil Engineering group in the South Bend location. Abilities in providing mentorship, direction and management of team members is important. Areas of specialty are not as important as organizational communication and client management and project abilities.

Required Education/Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree - Civil Engineering
• Current PE License
• 5-10 years of licensed experience
