JPR’s Environmental Department has nearly 100 years of combined experience. We work with a variety of lenders, commercial real estate brokers, development companies, and commercial/industrial property owners to provide over 150 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and 40+ Phase II Subsurface Investigations annually. In addition, we manage projects involving underground storage tank removal; soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion contamination assessment and remediation; Brownfields assessments; asbestos assessments; and general environmental consulting. Our projects involve several Indiana Department of Environmental Management programs including Voluntary Remediation Program, State Cleanup, and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks, as well as experience with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Priority List-Superfund Program.
