Autocad / Survey Technician

Jones Petrie Rafinski has an immediate opening in our South Bend office for AutoCAD/Survey Technician. A forward thinking and self-motivated individual will find a good fit within the Survey Department of JPR. As a member of our survey team, you would gain broad experience while assisting Licensed Surveyors with AutoCAD related technical skills, including: ALTA/NSPS, Land Title Surveys, Route Survey Plats, Legal Descriptions and Topographic Survey drawings.

We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, proactive team player with land survey experience or knowledge and AutoCAD experience. JPR currently utilizes the AutoCAD/Carlson software. If you do not have experience with Carlson but do have experience with AutoCAD and the desire to learn, please consider this as an opportunity.

Job Duties will include:

• Survey experience or knowledge is desired
• A (2) year degree preferred but not required
• Ability to read road/bridge plans, interpret deeds, perform research at municipal offices
