Thompson Thrift engaged JPR to provide master planning, geotechnical investigation, a traffic impact study, and phased construction documents for a new multi-tenant retail development. The Master Plan for this project included seven lots.
The first phase of the development included construction of the off-site road improvements, construction of an interior roadway, and an extension of municipal utilities along with the development of two outlots. The second phase acquired additional property and included the rezoning and construction of a new 78,000-square-foot multi-tenant building, additional off-site road improvements, and a new state-of-the-art microwave detection-controlled traffic signal system.
