Kennedy Park Master Plan

The City of South Bend commissioned JPR to master plan and illustrate proposed improvements to Kennedy Park, located near the intersection of Olive Street and Westmoor Street.

JPR met with and gathered information from the City of South Bend Parks Department and the Kennedy Park Neighborhood Association about potential future improvements to the park. The conceptual plan improvements include an ADA accessible walking path, picnic pavilions, a playground, and site amenities such as benches, trash receptacles, and grills.

JPR also coordinated with the City of South Bend Public Works Department to locate and design around an existing underground stormwater storage tank along with future related underground utilities that are planned for the area.
