Heritage Square

JPR’s involvement was requested by a local developer for this high-end commercial development where aesthetics mixed with multiple uses required a very balanced approach. The firm’s duties included hardscape and softscape design, utilities, stormwater management, and on-site/off-site traffic improvement design.

Project challenges included a very complex approval process, multi-jurisdictional review, and planning for the needs of multiple businesses. Site amenities consisted of brick paved pedestrian areas, landscape features, ornamental lighting, and unique retail architecture.

The site is home to the flagship Martin’s Super Markets grocery store that included unique design features found only at this location such as multi-floor retail/dining spaces, full food service offerings, and partnered Starbucks coffee kiosks.
