Frawley Stadium Expansion and Renovation

JPR, in partnership with Ewing Cole, was engaged by the Delaware Stadium Corporation and the Wilmington Blue Rocks to provide schematic design for a major stadium addition and renovation. The design program included:

• Incorporating a 360-degree concourse to connect the new proposed fan amenities to the existing seating bowl

• New and improved tiered picnic and beer gardens

• Relocated bullpens

• Scoreboard

• Future development pad for potential apartments and/or retail

• Restrooms

• Entertainment zone

• Ship-themed fun zone

• New outfield entrance

• Brew pub

• Lawn seating

• Outdoor suites

• New seating types/opportunities
