Goshen Village Shoppes

This multi-building center provides tenant spaces for national food service providers, retailers, and service businesses. JPR, taking on the challenges of this project, worked through development approvals with Meijer Stores, Inc., the City of Goshen, INDOT, and Trunkline Gas Company.

The site was bisected by a petroleum pipeline that made the project planning somewhat complicated. Traffic improvements included carefully planned interconnections with multiple adjoining sites including the 200,000-square-foot Meijer store.
